Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male and female patients aged 18 years and over 2) Experience a sense of well-being with osteoarthritis requiring a total knee replacement, especially if this is the first knee replacement 3) Have a phone with access to the Line application 4) Supports the Line application 5) Able to communicate well in Thai and cooperate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with underlying medical conditions that prevent them from following the exercise program, such as: 1.heart disease 2.respiratory disease 3.neurological disease with poor symptom control
