Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years or older 2.Diagnosed with sepsis. 3.Diagnosed with sepsis and an antimicrobial-resistant bacterial infection. 4.Diagnosed with sepsis and acute kidney injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No available medical history or medical history not retrievable. 2. Patients diagnosed with sepsis at another healthcare facility and subsequently referred in.
