Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants eligible for this study will be selected from public healthcare facilities during January 1, 2023 to September 31, 2025 1.Pregnant women at risk of Zika virus exposure ICD10 codes A90 A91 A92 A97 B01 B05 B06 B08 O98 2.Neonates with microcephaly head circumference below the 3rd percentile for sex and gestational age measured twice within 48 hours after birth ICD10 codes P35.4 P35.8 Q02 3.Patients with Guillain Barre syndrome presenting with acute symmetrical flaccid paralysis or weakness or numbness in both lower limbs ICD10 code G61

Effectiveness of Zika virus disease surveillance system At data collection period January 2023 to September 2025 Sensitivity, positive predictive value, timeliness, completeness, data quality, and representativeness will be calculated using standard epidemiological formulas and data from surveillance reports.
