Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai women diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer, comprising those with the following diagnostic stages : Stage 0 (Tis, N0, M0) or Ductal carcinoma in situ, Stage IA Invasive Breast Cancer (T1, N0, M0), Stage IB Invasive Breast Cancer (T0, N1mi, M0 or T1, N1mi, M0), Stage IIA Invasive Breast Cancer (T0, N1, M0 or T1, N1, M0 or T2, N0, M0), Stage IIB Invasive Breast Cancer (T2, N1, M0 or T3, N0, M0), Stage IIIA Locally advanced invasive breast cancer (non-inflammatory) (T0, N2, M0 or T1, N2, M0 or T2, N2, M0 or T3, N1, M0 or T3, N2, M0), Stage IIIB Locally advanced invasive breast cancer (non-inflammatory) (T4, N0, M0 or T4, N1, M0 or T4, N2, M0), Stage IIIC Locally advanced invasive breast cancer (non-inflammatory) (AnyT, N3, M0) 2. who are currently receiving treatment with at least one type of endocrine therapy at Srinagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder, 2.Presence of severe illness (or serious comorbidity), 3.Under 18 years of age , 4.Unable to understand the Thai language Refusal to participate in the research project
