The intervention group received a herbal knee mask 6 grams per application, applied to the knee area for 15 minutes, and then rinsed off. The application was done every other day, three times per week

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 60 and 80 years 2. Experiencing knee pain, stiffness, or joint immobility, and formally diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis 3. Knee pain score (NRS) between 4 and 7 4. Oxford Knee Score between 20 and 29 5. No wounds or skin conditions around the knee joint
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to herbal ingredients 2. History of knee surgery 3. Use of walking aids 4. Received treatment that may affect knee pain within the past 7 days, such as topical medications, oral medications, injections, compresses, massages, acupuncture, or physical therapy
