Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria required participants to (1) be aged 25 years or older, (2) self-identify as male, (3) report having engaged in at least one type of sexual intercourse (oral or anal) with another man within the past six months, (4) be able to communicate clearly in Thai, and (5) provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1 Currently diagnosed with HIV infection. 2 Currently receiving psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment for severe mental health conditions (e.g., major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). 3 Have a history of substance use disorder that might interfere with participation (e.g., ongoing substance abuse). 4 Have participated in similar HIV prevention or psychological intervention programs within the past 6 months. 5 Unable to attend or commit to the 4-week online intervention schedule. 6 Have cognitive impairment or serious health conditions preventing active participation or giving informed consent.
