Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 year or more 2. Undergoing unilateral nephrectomy 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral nephrectomy 2. Pregnancy 3. History of drug allergy or amino acid involved in the study 4. Baseline estimated GFR (eGFR) < 45 ml/min/1.73m2 5. Abnormal amino acid metabolism 6. Advanced impair hepatic function 7. Severe metabolic acidosis 8. Congestive heart failure 9. Fluid overload
