Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) 7 days postoperative period serum creatinine in postoperative (POD) at day 1, 3, 7 and urine output

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
severity of AKI 7 days postoperative period serum creatinine ,recruitment of renal functional reserve (RFR) 24 hours postoperative period calculate RFR from creatinine clearance, urine neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (uNGAL) at 6 and 24 hour after surgery spot urine at 6 and 24 hour after surgery, creatinine clearance 24 hours postoperative period collect urine 24 hours postoperative period, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) POD 1 and 3 1st and 3rd day after surgery collect blood sample at 1st and 3rd day after surgery, urine output 24 hours postoperative 24 hours postoperative period monitor urine output ,serum creatinine POD 1 and 3 1st and 3rd day after surgery collect blood sample at 1st and 3rd day after surgery
