Participants in Arm 1 will perform supervised High Intensity Circuit Training consisting of four four minute exercise bouts at near peak heart rate separated by three minute active recovery intervals.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Our inclusion criteria were male individuals and transmale aged 16-27 years, who were included with authorization from the Punjab School Education Department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any form of physical or mental disability, a history of a chronic illness linked to cardiovascular risk conditions, a history of major surgery, diabetes, hepatitis, dyspnea, asthma, congestive heart failure, or MI were all grounds for exclusion.
