Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Women aged 18-49 years 2. Regular menstruation for at least 6 months 3. Sexually active within the last 3 months or planning sexual activity within the next 3 months 4. Able to understand and communicate in Thai language 5. Provide written informed consent 6. For study group: diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder or Persistent Depressive Disorder according to DSM-5 by psychiatrist, any PHQ-9 score 7. For control group: PHQ-9 score less than 9 and no history of depressive disorder within the last 5 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Presence of psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, or organic mental disorders such as dementia 2. High suicidal risk as assessed by psychiatrist 3. Psychotic features including hallucinations or delusions 4. History of hysterectomy, bilateral oophorectomy, or tubal sterilization 5. Infertility or gynecologic treatment that prevents pregnancy
