Conditions

To study the difference in pain levels at specified time intervals after surgery between the group receiving mirogabalin and the group receiving pregabalin (Pain score by visual analogue scale). Pre-emptive analgesia in TLIF surgery

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patient (age 20 - 80 years) 2. Patients scheduled for transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion 1-2 levels. 3. ASA classification I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous back surgery 2. BMI > 40 kg/m2 3. A history of allergy to gabapentinoid drugs.
