Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged over 60 years 2. Barthel ADL index score 0 - 4 3. a minimum stay of 15 days in a nursing home is required
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pressure injury more than stage 2 2. Underlying disease: Diabetes Mellitus
