Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Combat athletes aged between 18-24 years, 2. Combat athletes with at least one prior competition experience, 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 - 23.0 kg/m2, 4. Have experience in losing weight before a competition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being pregnant or in the breastfeeding period, 2. Received medication such as muscle relaxants, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory drugs, anxiolytics, and laxatives within the past 24 hours, 3. Supplements were consumed for weight loss, such as detox drinks and fibre jelly, within the past 3 months, 4. History of injury to the bones, muscles, and tendons of the upper and lower limbs and lower back, with the following symptoms: 4.1 Pain, swelling, redness, and heat in the muscles of the upper and lower limbs and lower back, 4.2 Pain or discomfort in the joints while bearing weight, 4.3 Instability in the ankles, knees, and hips while bearing weight, 5. There are underlying diseases in various systems as follows: 5.1 Cardiovascular system: Symptoms such as palpitations, arrhythmias, shortness of breath at rest, and chest pain, 5.2 Respiratory system: Conditions such as asthma, 5.3 Metabolic system: Diabetes Mellitus, hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism
