Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Lower back and lower limb radiation pain and/or neurogenic intermittent claudication not responding to appropriate conservative treatment for over six months 2.All participants must have received a diagnosis Single-segment LLD or low-grade spondylolisthesis or Spondylolisthesis with spinal instability or Spinal stenosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Anesthesia contraindicated for poor condition 2.Previous lumbar procedures 3.Cognitive or psychological unfitness for participant 4.Allergy to study drug 5.Poor control diabetic mellitus
