Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1st-3rd year anestheologist resident evaluate the ASA classification in elective surgery patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The resident who deny to join the study 2. Patients who had emergency surgeries, 3. Patients who were not assigned an ASA-PS by residents 4. Patients who underwent reoperation during the study period - Patients whom additional information could not be obtained upon request by the anesthesiology staff
