Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maintenance Hemodialysis thrice weekly for at least three months, Clinically Stable for the last 4 weeks, Able to walk unaided or with minimal assistance, Able to provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled Hypertension (>180/110 mmHg) Recent Cardiovascular Event (< 3 months) such as MI, Unstable Angina, Heart Failure, Arrhythmias Recent Stroke/TIA (< 3 months) Severe Musculoskeletal or Neurological Disorders limiting ambulation Patients unable or unwilling to provide informed consent
