Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to an inpatient ward of participating hospitals at 09:00 on the survey day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients ( including dialysis outpatients). 2. Emergency room patients (ER). 3. Day-surgery and day-treatment patients. 4. Patients who've been discharged from the hospital before 9.00 a.m. on the survey date. 5. Patients who are treated with outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT)
