Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who undergoing Elective gastrectomy under ERAS protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who has Diabetes mellitus type 2 which HbA1C exceed or equal to 7.9 2.Patient who is using steroid within 2 weeks before surgery 3.Patient who is unable to receive enteric route feeding e.g. gastric outlet obstruction without feeding route, patients who had high risk of aspiration
