Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant mothers aged 18 years or older 2. Arabic speakers 3. Attending Madinah Maternity and Children Hospital 4. Willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers with a medical background (e.g., nursing, medicine, or allied health) 2. Declines participation or withdraws consent
