Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), history of recurrent wheals, angioedema, or both for more than 6 weeks without identifiable external triggers 2.Patients willing and able to participate in follow-up visits through either telemedicine or in-person consultations as assigned 3. Patients who have provided written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other forms of chronic urticaria such as inducible urticaria (e.g., cold-induced, cholinergic, dermographism) 2.Patients unwilling or unable to comply with study procedures 3.Patients who did not provide written informed consent
