Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Woman age 18-65 years 2.Patients scheduled for elective benign total abdominal hysterectomy surgery under geneal anesthesia 3.BW >50 kg 4.ASA physical status I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy Bupivacaine or another local anesthetic drug amide group 2.Allergy Dexamethasone 3.Severe underlying disease such as CKD stage 3 or more, severe heart disease, poor control DM and active or chronic liver disease and asthma poor control 4.Cannot understand Thai 5.Malignancy 6.intraoperative complication such as bowel injury
