Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The sample consisted of 33 professional nurses working in wards caring for total knee replacement surgery patients between December 2024 and March 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Professional nurses who are unable to participate in the program for all 7 sessions
