Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patient with symptomatic medial compartment knee osteoarthritis 2.varus malalignment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. valgus deformity 2. post-traumatic osteoarthritis 3. concomitant ligament reconstruction 4. medial tibial plateau defects 5. non-standardized imaging that precluded accurate measurement
