30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single level lumbar spinal stenosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected infection 2. Skin disorder 3. Prior history of complications after using contrast media, steroid, local anesthetic 4. Poorly controlled diabetes 5. Cauda equina syndrome 6. Previous spine surgery 7. Received epidural steroid less than 3 months 8. Cannot stop antiplatelet or anticoagulant 9. Refuse to consent
