Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients attending the neurology outpatient clinic with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease based on the Movement Disorder Society Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease (MDS-PD Criteria). 2. Disease severity corresponding to modified Hoehn and Yahr (HY) stages 1-3, ranging from unilateral involvement only to bilateral involvement with mild postural instability, while still able to stand and walk independently without assistive devices. 3. Thai patients aged 18 years or older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who are unable to ambulate or maintain balance independently, those who are bedridden, or those with comorbid neurological or neuromuscular disorders, as well as severe medical conditions that may interfere with the ability to perform physical performance-based assessments.
