Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be senior citizens who attend the Day Service Center at the Somdej Phra Sangkharaja Institute of Geriatric Medicine and are willing to participate in the research. Which must have abnormality in one of three aspects: Locomoter problem, psychological problems, or Cognitive problems 2. Provide voluntary informed consent to take part in the study. 3. Be able to read, write, or understand Thai language. 4. Have a low suicide risk, as evidenced in the most recent medical record and confirmed by an 8Q questionnaire score below 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have severe dementia TMSE lesser than 18 2 Display uncontrollable BPSD symptoms such as delusions hallucinations agitation aggression based on NPI Q assessment. 3 Are diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia Parkinson s Disease Dementia or Parkinson s Disease. 4 Present a high risk of aggression self harm or harming others per NPI Q. 5 Have hearing or visual impairments that are not correctable with standard aids
