Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged more than years at the time of hospital admission Hospitalized with RSV associated illness identified by specific ICD codes RSV pneumonia, acute bronchitis due to RSV ,acute bronchiolitis due to RSV, RSV as the cause of diseases classified elsewhere 2. Hospital admissions occurring within the study period from 1 June 2016 to 30 september 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study 1.Patients readmitted with RSV associated illness within 60 days of their index admission to avoid double counting and ensure unique hospitalization data 2.Patients with incomplete or missing hospitalization records that do not allow for accurate identification of RSV associated illness or assessment of outcomes
