18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults with a clinical diagnosis of stroke 2. Duration of stroke greater than 6 months and not exceeding 5 years 3. Able to perform sit-to-stand independently or with minimal assistance 4. Able to complete at least 10 consecutive sit-to-stand repetitions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have cognitive impairments as assessed by the Thai version of the Mini-Mental State Examination 2. Have uncontrolled medical conditions, such as uncontrolled hypertension or heart disease. 3.Have visual field deficits, e.g., homonymous hemianopia 4.Have spasticity of the ankle plantar flexor muscles than grade 3 of the Modified Ashworth Scale. 5.Have musculoskeletal pain that interferes with sit-to-stand training. 6.Have other neurological disorders, such as Parkinson disease.

Berg balance scale 2 times (1. at baseline before intervention and 2. after complete the intervention period) Postural balance will be assessed using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), which includes 14 functional tasks scored from zero to4 per item, with a total score of 0 to 56.

Time to complete five times sit-to-stand 2 times (1. at baseline before intervention and 2. after complete the intervention period) Time to perform five consecutive sit-to-stand repetitions measured using a stopwatch, recorded in seconds,Percentage of weight bearing symmetry 2 times (1. at baseline before intervention and 2. after complete the intervention period) Participants will stand on the force plate for 20 seconds without walking aids to measuring weight distribution between two legs.
