16 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 16-65 years 2. AO/OTA 42 A-B-C type fractures 3. Traumatic cause
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous knee surgery or injury 2. Intraarticular fracture of the proximal tibia 3. Extensively PF osteoarthritis 4. Unable to do SPN intraoperatively 5. Pathologic fracture 6. Previous Malunion
