Interventions

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy stands as a well-established and effective intervention for individuals with a history of recurrent depression. MBCT in this study consists of 6 therapy sessions,
s basic therapeutic activities, and providing self-care information before discharge.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients diagnosed with depression, F32.0 - 33.9, ICD-10 2. Aged 15 years or older 3. Have a result from the 9Q depression assessment indicating mild to moderate levels (9Q = 7-18 points) 4. Able to communicate in Thai, with no hearing or visual impairment 5. Willingly consent to participate in the research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other severe psychiatric conditions present, such as psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, dementia, substance-induced psychosis or severe suicidal ideation, 2. There are difficulties participating in the treatment program of activities, such as being diagnosed by a psychiatrist with a severe personality disorder 3. Currently undergoing treatment with other programs
