Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hypertension both male and female aged 35 years and older, 2.Fasting plasma glucose levels between 100 to 125 mg per dL, 3.Able to communicate in Thai read and write and have a mobile phone capable of using LINE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hypertension who are taking thiazide diuretics such as HCTZ or beta blockers such as propranolol, 2.Having comorbidities related to the pancreas such as pancreatitis pancreatectomy trauma or neoplasia, 3.Having comorbidities related to the endocrine system such as Cushing syndrome acromegaly or hyperthyroidism, 4.Taking medications such as glucocorticoids HIV antiviral drugs fluoroquinolone antibiotics or phenytoin, 5.Undergoing chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy after organ transplantation, 6.Psychiatric patients taking antipsychotic drugs such as clonazepam or antidepressants from the SGA group, 8.Pregnant or having a history of diabetes during pregnancy
