18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 18-25 years, 2. Individuals with a CVA angle less than 50 degrees, 3. Individuals with idiopathic neck pain, 4. Individuals with a neck flexion range of motion less than 60 degrees, 5. Individuals with neck pain rated at VAS at or more than 2/10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine injury or surgery, 2. Presence of cervical spine pathology, including cervical spondylosis, cervical disc herniation, cervical stenosis, cervical spine instability, and cervical facet arthropathy, 3. Volunteers who took pain medication one day prior to the test.
