Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult inmates (aged 20 to 59 years, both male and female) who have been convicted and are currently incarcerated. 2. Screened for depression using the 9 item Depression Assessment, with a 2Q score equal or greater than 1 and a 9Q score ranging from 7 to 18 (mild to moderate level). 3.Have at least 1 year remaining of their sentence. 4. No psychotic symptoms such as delusions, auditory hallucinations, or other hallucinations. 5. Willing to voluntarily participate in the research. 6. Able to listen, speak, read, and write in Thai, with no visual, speech, or hearing impairments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a severe acute physical comorbidity such as heart disease, asthma, or cerebrovascular disease, as diagnosed by physicians in the prison/correctional facility. 2. Participants who have undergone forensic psychiatric evaluation by court order and have been judged incompetent to stand trial
