Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Professional or amateur athletes participating in overhead sports activities such as volleyball, badminton, tennis, baseball, or swimming, who have previously competed at district, provincial, or national levels 2. Age 18 - 40 years old 3. Absence of neurological disorders, musculoskeletal diseases, disability, or congenital abnormalities affecting the upper extremities, trunk, and spine 4. Ability to perform bilateral upper extremity and trunk movements 5. Ability to maintain stable standing position and lie supine flat on the ground 6. Ability to comprehend and follow procedural instructions 7. Availability to participate in the experimental study for a minimum duration of 2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Professional and amateur athletes currently experiencing shoulder injury with pain intensity exceeding 4 out of 10 on the numerical pain rating scale 2. Professional and amateur athletes with history of injury and/or disease affecting upper extremity and trunk function within 1 year 3. History of shoulder pathology on either side, including fractures, shoulder dislocation, neuromuscular abnormalities, non-traumatic pathological conditions, or previous surgical intervention in the shoulder region 4. Presence of chronic medical conditions or physical conditions precluding study participation 5. Experience of pain or numbness before initiation or during the conduct of the study
