Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who currently live and reside in Indonesia 2. Are within the young adult age range 18 to 35 years old Identify as Indonesian 3. Are fluent in writing and speaking Indonesian 4. Have access to digital devices (computer, laptop, smartphone), the internet, and a telephone 5. Show indications of increased psychological distress at least at a mild to moderate level on one of the DASS 21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) subscales (Stress Score greater than or equal to 15, Anxiety Score greater than or equal to 8, and or Depression Score greater than or equal to 10)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Report a diagnosis of psychosis, substance dependence, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and/or bipolar disorder. 2. Currently undergoing mindfulness-based treatment or other psychological interventions. 3. Indicated to have severe depression based on the DASS-21 range (Depression score greater than or equal to 21, Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995b), which is also accompanied by suicidal or self-harm thoughts, intent/plan, and/or suicidal or deliberate self-harm behavior in the past three months (reported during the telephone risk assessment).
