Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Only individuals with an MMSE score of 26 or lower, who had either MCI or Alzheimer's Disease. 2. Age between 50-80 years. 3. If the participant receives anti-dementia or mood stabilizing medication, the dose should be stable for at least 3 months before the pre-assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have co-morbidity that prevents them to exercise and have severe psychiatric disease. 2. Mixed or unclear ethnicity
