60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 60 years or older, residing in Phibun District, Nakhon Si Thammarat 2. Fully conscious and cognitively intact 3. Willing to participate in the study 4. Homebound or socially dependent, with a Barthel ADL score equal or more than 5 5. Able to provide information independently or with caregiver assistance without intervention 6. No hearing impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in the study 2. Cognitive impairment (TMSE equal or less than 23) 3. Bedbound, with a Barthel ADL score less than 5 4. Receiving enteral feeding via nasogastric tube (NG tube) 5. Ill-fitting or loose dentures affecting chewing 6. Not consuming three meals per day 7. Uncontrolled psychiatric disorders
