Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged between 25 and 59 years, (2) included both male and female participants, (3) proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Thai, (4) no prior history of adverse reactions to any components of the Tri-Ka-Tuk formula, specifically ginger, pepper, long pepper, or corn, and (5) good general health as confirmed by a comprehensive physical examination and medical history assessment conducted by a qualified physician
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Presenting with fever exceeding 37.5 C (2) Current use of medications including rifampicin, theophylline, propranolol, or phenytoin (3) Pregnancy, lactation, or actively preparing for pregnancy (4) Current use of oral contraceptives (5) Habitual consumption of alcohol or tobacco products
