Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with confirmed diagnosed interstitial lung disease (ILD) can perform 6MWT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot walk 2. resting HR > 120 bpm, BP > 180/100 3. recent exacerbated of ILD within 1 months 4. diagnosis of neuromuscular disorders 5. Active pulmonary infection 6. Recent diagnosis ischemic heart disease within 3 months or active CAD 7. pregnancy
