Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with confirmed diagnosed interstitial lung disease (ILD) can perform 6MWT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot walk 2. resting HR > 120 bpm, BP > 180/100 3. recent exacerbated of ILD within 1 months 4. diagnosis of neuromuscular disorders 5. Active pulmonary infection 6. Recent diagnosis ischemic heart disease within 3 months or active CAD 7. pregnancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Physical performance at 4, 8 weeks 6MWT (6-minute walk test) use to measure a person's functional exercise capacity and endurance

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
muscle strength at 4, 8 weeks handgrip, dynamometer: use to test strength of muscle (hand, tricep, bicep and quadrcep),quality of life at 4, 8 weeks SF 36: questionnaire test for quality of life ,pulmonary function test at 4, 8 weeks spirometry, MIP (Maximum Inspiratory Pressure), MEP(Maximum Expiratory Pressure): method of lung function test,dyspnea score at 4, 8 weeks mMRC (The Modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) Dyspnea Scale)
