Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. they were otherwise healthy but had been diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis in any mandibular molar. 2.radiographic signs of periodontal or periapical issues such as widened periodontal ligaments or periapical radiolucency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who are allergic to epinephrine.2.Pregnant patient .
