Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male and female age 60-75 years old 2. resided at studied area for at least 12 months 3. willing to participate in the study 4. Be able to perform community gardening with adequate space or area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to understand the researcher's advice or instructions for community gardening 2. be a person with disablity 3. planed or planning to migrate to another area or country
