Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women who had a hysterectomy due to a diagnosis of non-cancerous gynecological diseases and infections 2. did not use exogenous hormone therapy and anti-inflammatory drugs before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. receiving any medications or substances that affect the endometrium or the inflammatory response before surgery within 1 month before surgery 2. diagnosed with pelvic cancer or infectious disease (Pelvic inflammatory disease; PID, Tubo-ovarian abscess; TOA)
