Patients with primary chronic venous insufficiency with documented saphenofemoral junction reflux for more than 0.5 seconds on duplex ultrasound. chronic venous disease, endothermal ablation, endovenous microwave ablation, endovenous radiofrequecy ablation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CEAP classification 2 to 6 with primary venous reflux Age more than 18 years Informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior venous surgery History or suspicion of deep vein thrombosis Refusal of treatment Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
