Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be a family member of the youth or a relative of the youth, such as the youth's father, mother, uncle, aunt, or grandparent, aged 60-89 years. 2. Never been diagnosed with a mental illness or psychiatric disorder by a doctor. 3. Able to read, write, and communicate in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. When the youth being cared for is excluded from the research. 2. The results of the Mini-Mental State Examination (Thai version) suggest dementia. 3. Shortness of breath, blindness, weakness in the arms or legs, or disability in the arms or legs.
