Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai nationality elderly 2. Age > 60 years 3. Maintained their dietary habits for at least two years prior to joining the research 4. Able to provide information even with a mental or physical abnormality, based on the assessment of the research team
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Could not communicate or do not understand in Thai language 2. Unable to walk indepedently or bedridden 3. Those with neuromuscular disorders or severe comobidities affecting performance-based test capability. 4. Elderly individuals with metal implants in both their spine and hip. 5. Study participants with a history of dietary changes who are unsure of when the changes occurred.
