4 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. spontaneous or persistent pain. 2.no evidence of pulpal degeneration. 3.pain on percussion, which could indicate underlying issues with the pulp 4. absence of swelling or sinus tracts. 5.successful hemostasis was required to be achieved within five minutes of applying a sterile cotton pellet . Radiographic Inclusion Criteria. 1. radiolucency that approached the pulp. 2. tooth still possesses sufficient root structure to support future function and health. 3.no evidence of intra-radicular or peri-radicular radiolucency that may indicate the presence of infection or other complications that might contraindicate the procedure. 4. absence of radiographic signs of internal and external resorption was essential.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with abcess and swelling, 2.pts with irreversible pulpitis , 3patient with continous bleedinf after 5 mins of coronal pulp removal. 4.radiographically their external root resorption
