Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (>18 years old) 2. Clinical diagnosis of CTS referred for electrodiagnostic confirmation 3. Both unilateral and bilateral CTS cases eligible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other peripheral neuropathies affecting median nerve conduction 2. Concomitant cervical radiculopathy 3. Previous carpal tunnel surgery 4. Use of medications affecting autonomic function (e.g., beta-blockers, amitriptyline) 5. Pregnancy 6. Inability to cooperate with testing procedures
