Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) singleton pregnancy, (2) maternal age more than 19 years, (3) gestational age between 18 and 24 weeks, and (4) willingness to undergo transvaginal ultrasound for cervical length measurement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of spontaneous preterm delivery, preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM), (2) cervical insufficiency,(3) prior diagnosis of short cervix, (4) previous cervical cerclage or cervical surgery (e.g., LEEP, conization), (5) known uterine anomalies, (6) signs or symptoms of preterm labor (e.g., uterine contractions, vaginal bleeding, or leaking fluid), and (7) withdrawal after enrollment
