Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 20 years and above 2.Diagnosed by a cardiologist as having ischemic heart disease 3.Having good consciousness, able to communicate and understand Thai language, and able to read and write 4.Voluntarily consenting to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe complications and admitted to the hospital 2.Unable to participate in the research for the complete specified duration
