6 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-9 years old (Equivalent cognitive level) 2. Children who need pit and fissure sealant treatment on first permanent molar with ICDAS 0 to 3 3. Children who are healthy (ASA 1) with no physical or medical disability 4. Children who have cooperative behavior (Frankl behavior rating scale, score of 3 or 4) 5. Children who are voluntary and with the consent from parent 6. Children who have not received local anaesthesia for the past two years 7. Children with no previous pit and fissure sealant treatment experiences

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who have problems with smelling or sinusitis 2. Children who have problems with hearing 3. Children who have problems with seeing 4. Children who have a history of essential oil allergy 5. Children who have uncooperative behavior and unable to cope up with examination procedure 6. Children who are involuntary and without the consent from parent
