Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai patients undergoing elective first-time on-pump CABG alone or with valve surgery. 2.If age more than 60 must pass 6-CIT cognitive screening. 3.NYHA class 1-3 and LVEF more than 30% 4.Independent in daily activities and able to perform 6MWT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe/acute comorbidities within 24h before surgery (e.g., COPD, renal failure, AMI, severe arrhythmia). 2.Severe postoperative complications or unstable vitals (e.g., bleeding, arrhythmia, embolism, dialysis, ECMO). 3.Disability/limited ambulation or mobility, assessed before discharge. 4.Failure of extubation within 3 days or requiring reoperation.
